Degree obtainable at end of programme: B. Sc.
Candidates seeking admission into the B.Sc. Economics programme at 100 level must have five (5) O/L credits in English Language, Mathematics, Economics and any other two relevant subjects.
Direct entry candidates (200 Level) are also expected to have a minimum of five (5) O/Level credits in English language, Mathematics, Economics and any other two relevant subjects. In addition, at least two (2) A/Level passes in Economics, Accounting, Business Management, Statistics, Government and Geography is required.
A Diploma in Accounting, Banking or Insurance with a minimum of Merit Pass from Ahmadu Bello University is acceptable.
